Qualifications:
- Board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Active Illinois medical license
- Experience in hospice care, particularly in inpatient settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills

SCHEDULE: Hybrid role with office shifts and overnight on-call duties. Offering flexibility and collaboration with our APN to ensure a balanced schedule.
