Requirements:
- IL License
- 1 year home care experience
- Minimum 1-2 years MS or acute care experience
- OASIS Doc Experience
- BCLS
- Phlebotomy Cert
Other Details:
- Special Requirements: clinical nursing, PT, OT in home
- Point Of Care visits: wound care, wound vac, IV therapy (antibiotics, TPN), post ortho/joint, incision assessment follow up, post surgical assessment/complications, post stroke, pneumonia; patient education meds, wound care; trach care, teaching; GTubes feedings, teaching; ADLs assessment, OASIS Doc Exp. wound vac, glucometer, pro-time machine PT/INR, IV pumps, central lines / ports, customer service and excellence
- Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius: 40-80 miles.
- Ratios: 5-20 visits/day average
