Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our Neuroscience Center indowntown Indianapolis ! Provider will be working in rehabilitative medicine and focusing on adult Neuro Rehab patients. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams .
Position Highlights:
- Full time, Day Shift
- Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- No weekends or call
- Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with traumatic brain injuries, post-concussive, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spinal cord injuries spasticity and post-stroke.
- Inpatient consult coverage on an as-needed basis
- Join a dedicated team of 18 physicians and 6 MSK/Pain focused APPs
- Procedures include Injections, specifically Botox for spasticity.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required
- Must be BC or BE
- Accepting ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certifications
- Experience inPM&R, TBI, SCI and post-stroke a plus
- Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, andgood communicators.
