Job Description - Physician Chair - Radiology (241422)
Hennepin Healthcare operates as an integrated care system that includes HCMC, a nationally recognized Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. This comprehensive healthcare network includes a 473-bed academic medical center, a Clinic & Specialty Center catering to outpatient needs, and an extensive array of primary and specialty care clinics situated both in Minneapolis and its surrounding suburban areas. The Department scope includes diagnostic radiology, computerized tomography, mammography, interventional radiology, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, MRI, and interventional radiology.
Our steadfast commitment to our mission in Radiology is anchored in collaboration and partnership with our community, patients, and their families to ensure that high-quality imaging services are accessible to everyone. We also take great pride in our responsibility to educate and train the next generation of healthcare professionals. This includes providing specialized training for residents and fellows in our Radiology program, preparing them to deliver exceptional care in the future.
At the heart of our philosophy is the conviction that equity stands as a fundamental pillar for achieving optimal health outcomes. We are resolutely committed to partnering with both our internal and external communities to empower them to reach their highest health potential, proactively dismantling barriers stemming from racism or other societal factors that disproportionately impact Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
