Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The Non-Emergency Transport Technician (NET Tech) renders first aid if necessary and Basic Life Support until proper support arrives. These individuals transport non-emergency patients of all ages who require stretcher or wheelchair transportation in a safe and comfortable manner to their destination.
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required
- EDUCATION PREFERRED
- LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Recognized Basic First Aid Certification
- Valid Georgia driver's license - Class C
- LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
