The Providence Provider Resource Department (PRD) is seeking a Per Diem physician assistant or nurse practitioner to provide coverage for all Immediate Care clinics in the Portland, Oregon service area. This is a float position where the ideal candidate is comfortable in an autonomous role that requires serving high patient volumes at any clinic location. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to position yourself for future non-float roles by work alongside multiple multispecialty teams across all 7 Immediate Care clinics in the Portland area. Be part of a group that?s dedicated towards providing patients from across the Portland area with more convenient access to high quality care.
- Outpatient care only
- Provider can work 6- or 12-hour shifts
- Must be willing to work at all clinics in the Portland Service area
- OR license required
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced urgent care or emergency department

The PCN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory care, surgical services and imaging across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
