Nurse House Manager - Adult Community Medical Home
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)

KenCrest is seeking a Nurse House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Adult Community Medical Home (CMH) in Pottstown, PA.
At our Adult CMH’s, we provide a home-care environment to four (4) medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible.
As our Nurse House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the house, provide direct supervision to house staff and ensure adherence to all standard practices and procedures, coordinate to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents, staff scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of PA
- Minimum five (5) years' supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintenance of required 30 CEU hrs./2 years
- Current CPR certification
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
