Salary Range: $40.00-$45.00

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As the Minimum Data Set Assistant (MDS Asst-LVN/LPN), you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of this facility.
Must have:
- 1-3 years of MDS experience
- Nursing degree from accredited college
- Current and unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the state
- Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations, and reimbursement governing long term care and Medicare participation
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
- Experience providing care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
- Experience with PDPM
