Position Summary: The role serves as the lead housekeeper for afternoon shifts, overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness of all Club facilities. Responsibilities extend to both indoor and outdoor environments year-round, with exposure to diverse weather conditions. A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail are crucial to maintaining the property to an exceptional standard.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Two or more years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including holidays and weekends when required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Engage in physical activities such as lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties:
- Serve as a positive role model by:

- Demonstrating effective communication skills through various digital platforms utilized by the Club
- Displaying a positive and friendly attitude consistently
- Collaborating with peers to meet team needs
- Representing the Club positively in interactions with members and vendors
- Provide services by:
- Performing general cleaning duties across the club property, including restrooms, fitness rooms, dining areas, and event spaces
- Monitoring and restocking locker rooms and restrooms as necessary
- Managing trash and recycling disposal in member and staff areas
- Washing, folding, and storing Club towels and cleaning rags
- Cleaning high areas and fixtures on a regular basis
- Completing deep cleaning projects as scheduled
- Using ladders and commercial machines when needed
- Continuously improving housekeeping knowledge and skills
- Being mindful of members, management, and peers
- Assume responsibility for the department by:
- Maintaining proper inventory levels
- Maintaining storage facilities in a safe and organized manner
- Prioritizing and clearly communicating with the Facilities Director, the Housekeeping Manager, and the Housekeeping Team concerning ongoing projects, including completion of regular work orders
