This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you'll promote well-known and well-respected consumer products for oral health. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will:
- Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territory.
- Independently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action and dependent on each customer’s clinical needs.
- Develop business relationships within targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated call expectations with a focus on the Dentist and Hygienist.
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
- Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and how products could address such needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of Hygiene or 1-2 years of Business to Business (B2B) or 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred.
- A proven track record of success with outside sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified.
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $72,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
