Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)

SUMMARY
A large trauma hospital in Spokane, WA is searching for a permanent full-time Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department. This is a fast-paced unit made up of a fun, energetic staff and it is very much a team-like atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill and injured patients.
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians.
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes.
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of acute care experience.
- Emergency Department experience preferred.
- Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
- A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.

Pay Range: $36.75 - $67.95
