Overview
Marquis Companies is currently hiring an Assisted Living Administrator to join our team! We are growing as an organization and want to identify top talent for our future Assisted Living properties. As the Assisted Living Administrator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern assisted living facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. In this position, you are responsible for the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. In addition, you will lead a team of 30+ employees with at least 4 direct-reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility-based and company goals.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Communication, Marketing, Business). You must have an Assisted Living Administrator Certification in the State of Oregon and 2+ years' experience in a 40+ resident community as an Administrator. Candidates must also have excellent computer skills, the ability to multi-task, a positive attitude, and a high level of professionalism.
