As a night-shift Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX, you will be a people leader at one of the largest veterinary diagnostic companies in the world. You will supervise a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians who help analyze samples, aiding veterinarians in diagnosing and treating pets. In This Role:

- You will organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics.
- You will problem-solve daily, from troubleshooting diagnostic analyzers to resolving situational workflow and turnaround time challenges.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
- You are able to work nights.
- You have directly supervised 5+ employees in a fast-paced and/or high-volume work environment.
- You have knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative work environment.
- You are passionate about people leadership.
- You are excited about the opportunity to promote the health and well-being of animals.
- You can meet the physical requirements of working in a lab, including standing and sitting for extended periods, phone and computer use, extended reach, lifting up to 50 lbs, and specific vision abilities.
- This is a laboratory, so there is potential exposure to biohazards and hazardous chemicals.
What You Can Expect From Us:
- Salary rate targeting: $68,000/yr.

We are hiring for two people leadership positions with the following schedule:
- Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00 am - 8:30 am (Monday night into Tuesday morning).
The shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
