Location: New York/New Jersey

Employment Type: Part-Time (2 hours daily)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to ensure continued progress.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient care practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
