AZPetVet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team as we head into hyper-growth. We are a scaling family of animal hospitals with locations in Phoenix, AZ, with big plans! In 1984, the first practice (Arrow Animal Hospital) opened in the Glendale area. Today, that practice has grown to a family of 22 collaborative hospitals built upon the principle of outstanding patient care and client service.
AZPetVet is a part of The Aspen Group (TAG)
TAG is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S., supporting 15,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,000 health and wellness offices across 46 states in four distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics and veterinary.
Working in partnership with practice owners and clinicians, the team is united with a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, AZPetVet and Chapter Aesthetic Studio. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
The company has already powered over 20 years of continuous growth and connection with patients in need of care, but we believe there is an opportunity to refine and amplify the demand and patient experience into the next 20 years. We are seeking this talent acquisition professional to join us in our mission to bring better care to more people.
TAG entered the veterinary market in September 2022 through the acquisition of AZPetVet. We are in the early stages of mobilizing for accelerated growth. This is a great opportunity to get involved in building the foundations for hypergrowth.
