We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer service or a support role; preferably one or two years.
- Is an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Can think critically, showcasing great problem-solving abilities.
- Approaches customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Has basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Can work independently without supervision
- Has the ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Can adapt to change quickly
- Anticipates and solves problems
- Can work with a wide range of diverse internal and external constituencies
- Able to manage multiple activities/projects
- Can work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
- Comfortable being on camera in virtual meetings
- Willing to work both On-campus and some remote scheduled time
- Comfortable with multiple technology systems
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Flexible schedule required, including some nights and weekends.
