The Hospitalist Unit is a 24-bed adult medicine unit. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated nurses to join our Team. Our Meyer 8 unit treats a wide variety of diagnoses including sickle cell crisis, withdrawal, wound complications, heart failure, sepsis, COPD/asthma, DVT/PE, and much more. Work with Hospitalist Attendings only!
But that's not all! Our unit offers exciting opportunities for ongoing learning and socialization, including the New Grad Society (social meet-ups for RNs in their first year) and monthly lunch & Learn sessions with our doctors as well as frequent social outings and get-togethers. Shift: Full-time 12/hour Day/Night Rotations; 36-hours/week with Self Scheduling
Who Should Apply:
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required at time of hire.
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- No RN work experience required - training will be provided!
All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our year-long Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Salary Range: Minimum 36.31 per hour - Maximum 56.28 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
