Responsibilities
The licensed Psychologist will serve in a leadership role as a senior clinician and provide trauma-informed assessment, psychotherapy and assertive case management services to survivors of violent crime. The licensed Psychologist will also provide clinical oversight, consultation and training to staff and trainees on trauma-informed evidence-based interventions. The licensed Psychologist will also be involved in program development and provide in-service trainings to other programs.
Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Psychology, possession of a valid New Jersey license in Psychology required. At least three (3) years post licensing experience required. Experience should include working with trauma survivors from underserved populations providing evidence-based, trauma-focused treatment. Case management, community outreach experience required. Must demonstrate cultural humility and a strengths-based, recovery philosophy. Excellent organizational and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
