Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant looking to join a great team of professionals? Join our team in Frederick, MD at Frederick Health Hospital. This is a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant position; expectation of 2-4 weekend days per month, with one major and one minor holiday.
The details:
This is a large team in a fast-paced hospital environment where clinicians treat a variety of diagnoses with a common mix of orthopedics, neurological, behavioral health, and critical care caseloads. Physical Therapist Assistants with at least one (1) year hospital acute experience are encouraged to apply. We will also consider new Physical Therapy Assistant graduates with strong acute clinical rotations. Be a part of this team with an excellent reputation for service to its patients.

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
- Document progress toward identified objectives
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
- Create a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication
The Requirements:
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland
- Minimum one (1) year clinical experience required
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
