Compensation Range: Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $33.00 - $43.31 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience. 12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.
Department: 742000 Surgical Svcs
Expectations: Under the supervision of the Department Manager, Clinical Coordinator Charge Nurse provides patient care and assists physicians in achieving surgical goals. This position requires flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate from an accredited school of operating room technologists.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Two years previous experience as surgical technologist. Current BLS card required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Current Certification for Surgical Scrub Technologist
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
SKILLS: Ability to work effectively with many different people in stressful situations.
