Our hospitals are fully staffed with experienced and competent licensed veterinary technicians, supported by dedicated hospital managers and department coordinators. Additionally, our BVG administration oversees all operations, ensuring comprehensive guidance and support across all locations.
With twelve family-owned, AAHA-certified facilities within our group, you'll have the opportunity to connect with associates and management at our engaging monthly breakfast meetings and various educational and social events. New graduates receive ample support and mentoring, fostering their professional growth and development. Our practices primarily focus on small animals, with a 1% exotics caseload available for those interested.
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality veterinary services, including cutting-edge technologies such as surgery laser, therapy laser, acupuncture, ASIF bone plating, ultrasound, digital dental and full body radiography, and a full IDEXX in-house lab with Sedivue. Our newly expanded facility includes CT, Endoscopy, and various other advanced services.

Requirements
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (monthly rotating nights/days), with a small apartment available for doctors to relax or sleep during quiet times. Schedule may vary during direct mentorship but hours will be similar.

Continuing Education
- Our veterinarians attend monthly Buffalo Academy meetings featuring lectures by nationally known speakers. In your first year, we will arrange further learning on a specific topic such as ultrasound or dentistry, common areas of need for new grads. After your first year, we will cover the cost for attendance at a national meeting, with the stipend increasing yearly.
