Townsen Memorial is seeking a full-time Marketing Liaison/Business Developer to join our growing team. The Marketing Liaison will be responsible for maintaining existing business relationships, developing, and establishing new business relationships as defined through targeted goals of the business plan, and developing referring relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts. The marketing person will represent the Company at community related activities, market, establish, nurture, and solidify referral relationships on behalf of the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identify and establish relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics.
- Create and deliver marketing materials to existing referrals and new contacts.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute the company's marketing efforts, including attending community events, tradeshows and marketing events.
- Deliver meals or snacks to current and prospective new business accounts.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets & documentation of all contacts; existing and new.
- Generate performance and referral reports for Upper Management.
- Provide education and communication to the company for both new and existing business relationships.
- Serve as a resource person for processing purposes regarding forms, procedures, and workflow for existing and new business relationships.
- Troubleshoot any issues, problems & complaints with existing & new business relationships.
- Perform marketing demographics of each company with cell phone numbers for managers, physicians, attorneys & case managers.
- Adhere to the company standards of Business Conduct.
- Report accidents promptly and follow the policy and procedures set forth by the center.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the CEO/COO and Team Lead.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic formats, e.g., SharePoint.
- Independent thinking & detail oriented with the ability to track daily interactions with all business relationships.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalency required. Preferred college degree in marketing or advertising.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work early and late days (occasionally, on weekends).
- Required to dress in professional business attire.
- Current Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to company policy.
