DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Student Enrollment: Process student applications for multiple schools and ensure a seamless registration process for accepted students.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Guide parents through the enrollment registration process through various communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, letters, and emails, ensuring timely assistance and support.
- Facilitate Communication: Maintain open communication with school teams regarding student enrollment status and collaborate effectively with other Service Center teams to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold compliance with state laws and NHA's policies and procedures throughout the enrollment process to maintain integrity and reliability.
- Partner with other Service Center teams to leverage resources and improve efficiency and processes.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support overall organizational objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent of 3 or more years of related experience in enrollment management or customer service roles.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with families and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and relationship-building.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in processing student applications and maintaining records.
- Time Management and Organization: Display excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions.
