Job Description:
Healthcare Area Manager at Marsden Central
Marsden Central is seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to lead a widespread Facility Service Department focused on Healthcare Clientele. This position will involve high levels of collaboration and communication with senior leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
- Train supervisors & employees on assigned job duties.
- Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Assign tasks to associates and inspect completed work to ensure company standards are met.
- Resolve employee problems or refer matters to Operations Manager.
- Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up calls, document findings, and communicate a recommended action plan to the Operations Manager.
- Assist in the start-up of new accounts and provide information to management. Meet the customer.
- Responsible for checking timekeeping system to verify employees are or have been at job sites.
- Conduct building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
- Follow and enforce all company policies.
- Review and help in management of budgets/staffing levels for all buildings within the realm of possibility.
Managers will need to be flexible in their time schedule; a company van and fuel card are provided. Must be on call in case of an emergency at the buildings. Some computer knowledge is necessary. Past managerial experience required. Very good communication and written skills are essential. Core hours are between 4 PM and 12:30 PM, although hours are flexible.

Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- 2-4 years of managerial experience required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Driver's license required.
- Drug screen required.
