Job Description:
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville (UF COM-J), seeks a full-time experienced Board-Certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist faculty member at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. Successful candidates must be fellowship trained in hematopathology and have experience in surgical pathology. Major responsibilities include sign-out of hematopathology and surgical pathology cases, resident education, and research. Candidates should possess excellent teaching skills and have a strong interest and commitment to teaching. Candidates must possess an MD degree or equivalent and be qualified for an unrestricted physician license in Florida.
Salary is negotiable; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD degree or equivalent.
- Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
- Fellowship training and board certification in hematopathology.
