Our client’s Healthcare Technology Management division is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology Management to join and lead their team of professionals, located in Lawton, OK.
The Director will manage several types of medical devices, supervise teams of technical professionals, and track performance measures. The ideal candidate will possess experience providing overall management and supervision of the assigned account, assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance, and ensuring that the mission, vision, values, and goals of the company are met.
The chosen candidate will have a successful track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and have a broad understanding of the many service aspects that they will encounter and resolve. The Director will partner with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and patient/client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance
- Project Management/Capital Planning
- Client/customer relations
- Purchasing / Subcontracts
- Financial management
- Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Mentoring of direct reports
- Growing Organic sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare technology, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
5 years of experience managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system is required.
5 years of managing and directing a team of direct reports with hire/fire responsibilities is required.
5 years of hands-on experience of maintenance and repair of clinical devices is essential in this role.
Experience leading high performing teams, including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within organizations.
Experience collaborating and partnering with C-level executives is strongly preferred.
Clear knowledge and understanding regarding regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, TJC) is mandatory in this role.
Solution-oriented approaches, critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate and successfully resolve conflict.
A proven track record of providing exceptional service and developing unbreakable partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
Experience with MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project) is required.
Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a high-performance team is essential in this role.
The ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of clients, business partners, and stakeholders is essential in this role.
