The Eliot Center is seeking FFS clinicians to provide evidenced-based treatment services to children, adolescents, and families. Clinicians must have great communication and organizational skills, a dynamic personality, and a passion for working with children and teens. Great opportunity to provide office and/or school-based services. Eliot has a long-standing relationship with local schools where clinicians are welcomed as part of the school community.
Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, and other professionals administer a full range of clinical and support services, resulting in a comprehensive collaborative approach to treatment. Eliot offers a supportive work environment, flexible schedule, supervision, robust training program, and reimbursement for continuing education courses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy as clinically indicated.
- Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner in the client record.
- Responsible for adhering to the clinic’s scheduling protocol, initiating outreach to clients for whom treatment has been interrupted, and for documenting all outreach attempts in the clinical record.
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions which best address specific problem areas as identified in the client’s treatment plan; relate well to a diverse client population; display good judgment; and in collaboration with clients, formulate and implement focused treatment plans that identify measurable goals and timeframes for completion.
- Submit all administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each business day.
- Complete all clinical documentation, such as progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and termination/discharge summaries within the timeframes outlined in the agency’s policies, the content of which demonstrates clear evidence of medical necessity.

Schedule: FFS, varied, some evenings
