Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy.
- Ohio licensure and CPR certification.
- 1-3 years of experience, with management and clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of up to 20 FTEs.
- Manage a $1M budget and $6M in revenue.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and top-notch patient care.
