The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required qualifications:
- PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or
- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Required upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
- Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
