Carroll Veterinary Clinic is excited to announce the expansion of our services to include Urgent Care! We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian who is passionate about providing Urgent Care to our beautiful Hospital in the loving community of Hillsville, VA.
About Our Clinic:
Carroll Veterinary Clinic pet patients benefit from additional expertise in areas such as new puppy care, orthopedic surgery, animal behavior, internal medicine, pet skin care, and cat and kitten conditions. No matter what your pet’s health care needs, you will find all four of our veterinarians share a great enthusiasm for their chosen profession and a dedication to treating each pet and pet owner as an individual with unique needs.
Carroll Veterinary Clinic strives to make a difference in our community by working closely with our local humane societies and rescue groups. In conjunction with the Twin County Humane Society, we have developed a feral cat program to provide very low cost spays and neuters to help reduce the population of “unhomed” cats. We provide discounted spays, neuters, and other medical services to dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies adopted or rescued from local humane organizations.
Carroll Veterinary Clinic is located in Hillsville, a community that we are proud to be part of. Our top-of-line facility is equipped to handle every aspect of veterinary care from preventative medicine to emergency services.
Our Urgent Care hours will be open Saturdays and Sundays to best serve our community's needs. We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time schedules and are eager to discuss what will work best for you! Ideal Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience
- Virginia Veterinary License – active and in good standing - will assist with state transfer
- Urgent Care interest and/or experience a plus
- Team-oriented mentality that supports our positive culture
- Willingness to learn and grow using the many resources available
