QuickVisit Urgent Care is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners to join our team! What We’re Looking For:
- Bring innovative, high quality urgent and primary care to patients of all ages in underserved communities.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret labs, prescribe medication, provide patient education, and appropriately document all relevant information in EMR.
- Perform examinations for workers’ comp, occupational medicine, DOT, sports, wellness, and pre-employment screenings.
- Provide flexible and adaptive care so as to not have to turn away patients before exhausting reasonable treatment options.
- Excellent communicator to both patients and staff.
- Work autonomously as a provider and work alongside nurses, x-ray technicians, and front office specialists to provide the best possible patient care.
- Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to team members as needed. Monitor completion of staff’s daily follow-up calls to monitor patient progress.
- Ability to use judgement to determine when to consult supervising physician.
- Work with manager and other operational team members to ensure consistency with medical policy and professional standards.
- Support and engage in projects and activities which will develop or improve services delivered at the clinic.
- Have at least one year of FNP experience and/or emergency care experience as an RN.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Certifications Required:
- One year of FNP experience or emergency care experience as an RN.
- Experience treating pediatrics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Active DEA License.
- DOT Physical Certification.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Work Life Balance and Flexible Schedule: At QuickVisit, your full-time schedule will give you the flexibility of working 3 or 4 days a week. Our 12-hour shifts allow flexibility and more days you can spend at home! Full-time team members accrue a generous amount of paid time off your first year. After working with us for a full year, you’re awarded an additional 5 days for Continued Medical Education along with a stipend for CME. We’re closed on most major holidays to allow you to have time with your family. After a year vested with the organization, a 100% employer paid week of parental leave is covered. After two years of service, you’re awarded 2 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. We strive to provide benefits that allow our team members to spend valued time with their loved ones.
