POSITION: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector
DEPARTMENT: Clinic
REPORTS TO: Physician/Medical Director
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our team. The role involves working under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, with the autonomy to make independent decisions within the scope of practice defined by Washington State Guidelines. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector will provide professional nursing care and treatment to patients, focusing on medical aesthetics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Nurse Practitioner License to practice in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of three (3) years of specialty-related NP experience in a medical spa/medical aesthetic setting.
- Experience in delivering moderate sedation.
- Medical or aesthetic dermatology experience preferred but not required.
- Must maintain ALS and BLS certification.
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification.
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and understanding of cosmetic surgery and skin care products.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Great interpersonal skills to maintain rapport with patients and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide aesthetic medical services, including cosmetic injections, laser therapy, microneedling, PRP, and thread lifts.
- Experience with suturing and suture removal.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and educate patients on treatments.
- Maintain sanitized work areas and uphold clinic standards.
- Manage appointments, promote clinic services, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Stay updated on market trends and treatment techniques to apply best practices.
- Participate in marketing, particularly social media to help recruit new patients.
- Promote clinic treatments, services, products, and membership programs.
- Provide accurate and immediate responses to patient requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with patient check-in, intake, invoicing, room turnover, and check-out.
- Address patient concerns and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Conduct case reviews to evaluate patient procedure outcomes.
- Participate in marketing and educational activities, seminars, and events.
- Maintain confidentiality in all patient matters in accordance with company policy.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licensure requirements, including JCAHO, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Starting base pay: From $55.00/hour, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities.
