Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MedSurg/Tele Float Pool
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- UT License
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- AHA BCLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred
- 1 year experience preferred in nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
Other Details:
- COVID-19 Initial Shot(s): All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
- Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a vaccine.
- Exemptions for Medical or Religious reasons are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
- Acceptable vaccines include Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers.
