Eagle Physicians in Greensboro, NC is looking to hire a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a busy Family Medicine practice. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high quality patient care and service in a cost-effective, patient friendly and timely manner, including appropriate and timely record keeping.
Eagle offers a competitive salary and generous benefit package for NP's/PA's working 1/2 time or greater.
Paid Maternity/Paternity leave– Eagle provides up to 2 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave after 1 year employed and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child. Time is pro-rated based on FTE status.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of professional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
- Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of profession to provide ongoing patient care.
- Skill in prioritizing and in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
- Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public.
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
Education: Graduate of a nationally recognized Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner training program.
Experience: Three years of experience preferred.
Certificate/License: Certification preferred; NC licensed – required.
