Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) invites residents and practicing Family Medicine Physicians to apply. You will enjoy working in a thriving outpatient (hospital-employed) practice located in the picturesque town of Ellington or Manchester, Connecticut. You will work with two collegial internal and family medicine physicians and the support of the fellow-care medical assistant team. A Monday through Friday daytime schedule supports a work-life balance along with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage. Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician or soon eligible
- Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
