At MVPT in Manchester, NH, our team is focused on providing personalized physical therapy services to help each patient achieve their health, rehab, and range of motion goals. As a member of your medical team, we will work together to help you reach your optimal health. If you are suffering from chronic pain that does not seem to go away, experienced an injury, surgical procedure, or another physical setback that is keeping you from living your best quality of life, or if your doctor has recommended physical therapy, we are here to help you.
Responsibilities for Clinic Manager:
- Provide exceptional quality patient care and education on benefits of patients maintaining their plan of care.
- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and partner care staff.
- Ensure proper and ethical functioning of clinic operations.
- Establish and implement a structured clinic marketing plan.
Qualifications for Clinic Manager:
- 2+ years prior experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers.
