Summary:
Join a team that balances cutting-edge technology with compassionate patient care as a CT Technologist in Burlington, VT. In this role, you’ll be working within a high-performing team that values collaboration and excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a range of computerized tomographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will be essential in ensuring patient comfort and safety while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans following established protocols.
- Collaborate with Radiologists to interpret images.
- Maintain and operate Philips CT equipment and use Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
- Demonstrate concern and empathy for patients and work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Education & Certifications:
- Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program accredited by CAHEA/JRCT.
- Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) with advanced certification in CT.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a Level I trauma center.
- Proficiency in starting IVs.
- Familiarity with Philips CT technology, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS system.
