We've implemented a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with evidence-based treatment methods grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior. - Competitive compensation: CCC-SLP: $75,000+ (depending on experience), CF-SLP: $60,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children
- Create personalized treatment plans to address communication challenges- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance speech and language
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children with autism
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in working with children with autism and other communication needs
- Passion for early intervention and serving children aged 18 months to young Adults
- Knowledge and commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficient written communication
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and embrace a collaborative approach
