Qualifications
The Lab Technician would have a M.Sc. degree in biochemistry, biophysics,
or a related field with experience in expression and purification of
recombinant proteins.
- Protein expression and purification – FPLC, affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE, etc.
- Purification of recombinant proteins using affinity, ion exchange, and size exclusion chromatography.
- Characterization of proteins using SDS-PAGE and other analytical techniques.
- Protein expression and/or molecular biology support.
- Biochemical assays.
