Surgical Services - Seeking a licensed staff nurse, an experienced clinician to provide professional nursing care in the Surgical Services Department to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care effectively and efficiently, which may include patients with varied and complex needs.
- Communicating and collaborating with the physicians and interprofessional health care team to facilitate, coordinate, and maintain compassionate, efficient, quality care and achievement of desired treatment outcomes.
All shifts available.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1-2 years current experience in the Surgical Services Department; Hospital-based nursing experience is required. No New Grads.
Education | Licenses | Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire.
- Current WA state RN license prior to start date.
- Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS, PALS required.
- Specialty certification preferred for specialty positions.
