Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to senior care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret lab results
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Participate in clinical research projects to advance evidence-based practice
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in areas such as PICU, pediatrics, senior care, and acute pain management is preferred
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
