What we’re looking for:
We're seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse who will perform clinical and administrative tasks. The LPN will provide support services to physicians, RNs, and other staff members in performing physical examinations and vaccinations.
In this role, you will:
- Perform all patient procedures according to EHE guidelines.
- Explain testing procedures to patients.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to patients.
- Perform and maintain proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, EKG's, PFT’s, audiometric testing, vision testing, tonometry, and any new screening approved by the CMO.
- Provide all routine and travel vaccines as directed by the physician.
- Assist with prepping all cardiac stress testing as directed by the physician.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Assist in biohazard waste management.
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment for patients and coworkers.
- Calibrate, maintain, and sterilize equipment as directed by the manufacturer.
- Calibrate all equipment and report any abnormal readings to the Clinic Director.
- Manage asepsis and stock supplies.
- Assist with managing inventory and maintenance of medical supplies.
- Assist in coordination of patient examinations, including escorting patients to testing and examination areas.
- Recognize and report problems, recommend service improvements as appropriate.
- Perform administrative duties as directed.
What the role requires:
- Current NY State LPN Licensure.
- BCLS/ACLS certified.
- 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
- Strong phlebotomy skills and knowledge of vaccines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
