In this role, you will work closely with other Radiology Technologists who specialize in Bone Density, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI specialties to accurately and quickly serve results for patients. This role will report directly to the Manager of Radiology and Imaging Services, who in turn reports to the facility's Chief Nursing Officer. This collaborative environment fosters a culture of support while helping to contribute to department and hospital-wide goals.
Responsibilities for the Radiology Technologist position include:
- Preparing patients for imaging
- Ensuring the proper positioning and comfort of patients
- Operating imaging equipment with precision
- Maintaining imaging records
- Collaborating with Radiologists to ensure high-quality diagnostic results
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with both patients and health care staff. Imaging services that are available at this facility include MRI, CT, Sonography, and Bone Density.
