Vice President of Finance - Healthcare

Are you a dynamic financial leader seeking an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry? We are hiring a Vice President of Finance to oversee our accounting functions and contribute to our organization's strategic financial success.
Vice President of Finance Position Details:
- Department: Fiscal Services
- Status: Full Time
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (EXEMPT)
- Average Weekly Hours: 40
VP of Finance Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Provide leadership to Supply Chain, Health Information Management, Central Billing Office, and Revenue Integrity Departments.
- Develop, monitor, and report on Fiscal Services Quality Indicators.
- Implement and oversee strategic pricing initiatives.
- Coordinate the Capital Committee for appropriate decision-making on capital requests.
- Develop and present business plans and proformas related to recruitment, acquisitions, or new products/services.
Vice President of Financial Services Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Hospital based experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Hospital Information System.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

If you put in 3% of your wages after a year of service and 1000 hours worked, you’d be eligible for an additional 3% and match 1.5% of your contributions for a total of 7.5%.
- Generous PTO: For every hour worked .1038 hours of PTO. If exempt/working 40 hours a week, after a year accumulates to 5.4 weeks of PTO. That then rolls over year to year. Directors and VPs are also offered 1.5x their salary for life insurance and AD+D.
