PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- This clinic is a strong, cohesive team looking for someone truly passionate in Family Medicine to join them.
- This department is in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MD, AP, RN, CA and other support staff. This model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
- The team is made up of 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APC’s, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA and 20.47 FTE additional staff.
- M-F; patient contact hours is 36.
- Hours 7am-5pm M-F.
- Estimated patients per day: 20.
- EPIC medical record.
- Flexible starting FTE (0.6-1.0 FTE).
- Call = After hours, phone only (nights & weekends). Call ratio will be 1:6.
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Practice.
- OB requires being a part of a “Community-wide, FP OB Call group.”
LOCATION
- Located in the Duluth, MN area; 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
- Service area: Duluth and surrounding areas.
- Duluth/Hermantown 95,000.
