Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
The AVP, HR Leader will oversee the strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions (including HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and I&D) for all regions of CenterWell Home Health.
Responsibilities of the AVP include, but are not limited to:
- Drive strategic impact of the human capital plan
- Drive consistent HR best practice and execution of delivery
- Direct human capital strategy
- Drive culture in partnership with leadership
- Develop Home Health specific policies
- Operational oversight for all regions
- Partner and support Home Health specific initiatives and programs
- Execute on market relevant compensation programs
- Drive and ensure execution of recruiting strategy
- Direct supervisory oversight of HRBP team for Home Health
- Facilitate annual HR processes within Home Health leveraging HR partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 or more years' deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environment
- Previous direct leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience implementing and measuring success on complex initiatives
- Ability to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a large matrixed team
- Strong relationship building skills
- Process-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree

Remote location is flexible and requires travel as business needs dictate.
