The candidate needs to have experience in statistical process control (SPC), data mining (some SQL and coding skills needed), interpretation, and using data acquired to generate meaningful conclusions. Experience with process improvement and design of experiments (DOE) would be a plus. Knowledge and experience with photolithography, and electroplating would be a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Experience with planarization and/or metrology process development, process control, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), and data mining (SQL query and some coding skills).
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to meet company and departmental objectives.
- Experience in statistical & design of experiment (DOE) methods and process improvement is preferred.
