Our current Sales & Marketing Manager is retiring after 27 years of great service to Hotstart. While we have strong internal candidates, we are seeking external candidates who can bring new experience and skills to strengthen our team and grow our revenue, especially with mission-critical facilities like data centers. This involves identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and formulating plans to drive revenue growth. This position reports to the CEO and serves on the senior leadership team. It is based at our Spokane HQ for close collaboration with all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and analyze competition.

Qualifications:
- Solid values aligned with Hotstart to help us maintain/strengthen our special culture.
- Sales management and selling experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers.
- Knowledge of backup generators is a bonus.
- Strategic thinker and leader with products and markets.
- Experience with data-driven decision making – e.g., to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize commercial strategies.
- Executive leadership skills and experience, including a track record of building strong teams and driving organizational growth.
