About the Position:
This Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all company divisions and business units to function efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with the CEO with full P&L oversight
- Work with senior leaders on operational strategies and business objectives
- Performance management, resource allocation, client relationships
- Safety, quality, client satisfaction, strategic implementation
- Procedures and processes
Requirements:
- Education: (BA/BS) 4-year College Degree – MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience: minimum of 15 years in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations of at least $500M annually
- General Contracting: Working with large, diversified project types is a plus
- Certifications: relevant industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar is desirable
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency
