As the Unified Telecommunications Division Chief, you will operate the program’s portfolio of network and telecommunications used by all Commonwealth agencies and provide service strategy, design, and transition services for the portfolio focusing on unified communications leveraging Microsoft Teams, Intune mobile device management, and Contact Center support teams. Excellent networking and communication skills are vital in order to develop and maintain successful business relationships with the Commonwealth Enterprise Technologies Services Office’s stakeholders by assisting them in budgeting and directing implementation of telecommunication initiatives. You will also direct the oversight and management of assigned network and telecommunications contracts for transition deliverables, milestones, and other requirements, as well as executing continual service improvement plans key performance indicators for delivery oversight.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week, based upon operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Eight years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- Twelve years of professional information technology experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- The selected candidate for this position must undergo a fingerprint-based records check to be in compliance with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS).
